Diverse leadership only becomes a reality when companies and leaders put their money (and board seats) where their mouth is. The Blacks on Corporate Boards Committee houses some of the world’s greatest Black talent, across industries, primed for board service. This great talent has always existed and yet Black board seats have remained at a dizzying low. Corporations must make different and better decisions, consistently, for any meaningful change to occur. We have co-created a past that disavows Black leadership; let's co-create a future that honors it.

Tracy R. Porter, CEO, Entrepreneur, and Board Director, is a fervent advocate for diverse governance. He started the Blacks on Corporate Boards committee within the Boulé (the Sigma Pi Phi fraternity) to connect a powerful pipeline of Black talent to the world’s best companies. He is also founder and CEO of Premiere Solutions, chairman of board of the NFL Alumni Association, and charter member of the NCAA Independent Resolution Panel.
